How long does shipping take?

Standard processing takes 5–7 business days, while handmade or detailed products may require 10–15 business days. Shipping generally takes 5–18 business days depending on your shipping method and destination.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders canceled within 24 hours qualify for a full refund. After this period, cancellation fees may apply based on order progress. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?

Standard size dresses and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom-size, final sale, ready-to-ship items, and certain accessories are non-returnable.

Who covers return shipping costs?

For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will there be any fees deducted from my refund?
